Refund policy
We offer a voluntary 30-day return policy. This means you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return under our voluntary return policy, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

EU Right of Withdrawal
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
During this period, you may inspect the item as you would in a physical store. Items must not show signs of use beyond such inspection.
Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, certain items are excluded from returns once unsealed or worn. This includes jewelry worn close to the body, such as earrings.
Customized or personalized items, gift cards and sale items are also excluded from returns.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
